Juliet of course will be displeased, with her low authority, there is nothing she can really do about it. It is possible that she could follow him to wherever he is going to go since he is banished, but I think that is unlikely. Romeo said he would rather die than leave Verona than leave Juliet there. Given my previous knowledge of the story, I believe that she might do the same if they can't be together.

I think that shakespeare is still relevant today. The basic concepts of his stories will most likely be relevant for a long time to come, because they are about things that everyone can relate to. They will also remain relevant because they were the origin of many commonly used words today that didn't exist before, and we can look back and see how they came about, by Shakespeare's creative writing.

They both commit suicide and take their parent's fighting with them. But in the end it says that the families would continue to fight until everyone form the families is dead.

The sniper is a story about A sniper, the main character during a war in Dublin around night-time. The story starts when the sniper wants a cigarette. he knows he is taking a risk exposing himself to the enemy but odes it anyway. A bullet whizzes over his head, he is seen. He darts around and hides on a rooftop. A military truck comes by, and man in the turret stops to talk to a lady on the street. The sniper sees this as an opportunity to take out the turret man, and kills the man and woman. But before he kills the woman she points up at the rooftop of a house across the street, revealing to the sniper where the enemy sniper is. After the two shots form the sniper, the enemy sniper hits the main character sniper in the arm. The sniper decides he needs to escape, and devises a plan. He puts his cap on the tip of his rifle, and raises it over the rooftop. The enemy sniper fires, and the cap falls to the street and the sniper lets his arm dangle over the roof and drops his rifle. The enemy sniper now thinks he is dead and turns in profile, and the sniper can now see him. He pulls out his pistol, and kills the sniper, who then falls to the street. The curious sniper goes up to the body after dodging bullets in the street. Lays down next to the body and turns it over to find himself looking at his brothers face.

According to the article the cut may not be necessary. If the cut is necessary to reach the budget I guess it would have to be done, we don't know what else would be at loss if we didn't make the cut. THe estimated increase of 50 mil in income seems a bit optimistic to me. So, if I had to make the cut I wouldn't cut the elderly people, but I would cut the others if necessary.

They should most definitely not increase the parking fees from $12 to $21 because if that decreases the amount of customers small businesses get its the opposite of what we want. If it is really necessary to get more money increasing it a smaller amount would be better.

Human relationships are extremely important. Who we associate ourselves with, and live around effect almost every aspect of our lives. So when two men with contrasting personalities who frustrate each other, get the other in trouble, and cause problems all over the place continue to travel and live with one another despite the conflicts you know there must be something binding them. The names of these two men are George and Lennie, and this is how the two main characters live and survive life in the west during the dustbowl in John Steinbeck's book, Of Mice and Men (OMM). George and Lennie often make empty threats to leave one another, but one would never really leave the other. They have a special relationship. Each one benefits from the other, and they would never give up what they had. George, out of fear that Lennie wouldn't be able to care for himself, and Lennie, because he likes George, he listens to him and takes care of him. Also, they both share a common dream, to share a plot of land, and start a small ranch with the money they earn from traveling to other different ranches and working the land. That is the deep reason that they may not even think of themselves, of why they are inseparable.

The mouse in the poem is similar to Lennie. The mouse has a plan to build a home, and Lennie has a dream to get a ranch. But then later int he poem, the mouses home is destroyed, and it was beyond his power to fix it all he could od is run. The same thing happened to Lennie, he killed Curley's wife, and his dream was crushed he then ran to his hiding spot where he was killed, as the mouse will probably die in the poem.

College IS worth the debt in my opinion, even though you may go into debt for a while, after it is paid off you are able to get higher paying jobs that provides sort of a sense of security, and depending on your study you could be all set for a good part of your life with a steady job that uneducated people wouldn't be able to get. The only other alternative I can think of is trying to save money in college by attending other schools, or just not going.

Over vacation I went on a trip. On saturday, My sister and I drove down to NY and spent the night at my dad's, the next day we went to the airport and flew to Florida. In Florida we did the usual, met up with my grandmother and went to disney world and did a ziplining course. It was very warm and pleasant in Florida the whole time, and it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I could've stayed longer and still been entertained, but I was glad to see my friends again when I got back.

I think there are positives and negatives to this idea. The positives are that everyone would be ready for college when they finished, and people who are more ready for it can spend their time taking different courses. However there are many negatives. some of which include; people would finish early, and we would have some very young college students, when you have to do four years, it ensures that everyones about the same age. It would also be harder for some people to graduate, and more people would probably drop out. Those are the positives and negatives of the bill.

Slim is my personal favorite out of the people we met. It is absolutely not Curley, I'm pretty sure the author wants us to hate him. It's not Curley's wife or the boss, his wife seems like she's not a great person, and the boss kind of temperamental. Slim is the best because first of all that's a really cool nick-name. Secondly he seems to be more layed back than some of the other people, tensions seem kind of high on the ranch, at least when Lennie and George got there.

I think that it is true that electronics and social networking sites are actually taking away from the social skills that kids learn. Personally, I cannot text and do homework, but I can listen to music, and I think it actually makes me work faster. It is very important now for people to just be completely 'unplugged' for a while. People need to find other ways of interacting/ socializing, and that would help.

The dustbowl occurred in the 1930's in the prairie lands of North America. It was a severe drought caused by numerous things; Especially farming, without crop rotation so the soil was very dry and packed. At times in these places fierce winds blew all the dust up into the air creating huge devastating dust storms that darkened the sky. People in the area were even more unable to grow crops. They were forced to leave their homes seeking jobs and shelter elsewhere.

I think that it should be legal but only under very strict circumstances. If the person feels that their life is not getting better, they're really old, and are in pain all the time, the I think that sometimes it might be the right answer. For example " when quality of life is low and death is imminent." But if its because of some emotional problem then they definitely should not be able to.

I would hope that my friend could save himself, but if he really couldn't I guess I probably would save a good friend form a burning house. I would do a lot of things for my friends, to a certain extent at least. I think the things I wouldn't do would involve more social things than daring things. Thats how far I would go doing things for my friends

No, I do not think that his words should be taken seriously. I do however think that it is a growing problem. More bomb threats and such coming form schools. But mostly from students, not teachers. Teachers with a bad record should be taken seriously, and necessary precautions taken, but I think it is pretty easy to tell whether someone is joking or not.

A good friend is someone who you feel really comfortable with. You can annoy them and do stupid things and your relationship won't change. However this isn't really what good friends do, they hang out with you and are someone you can rely on for entertainment when you're bored. For example, in the summer I can just walk up to one of my friends houses and ask if they can hang out and they usually say yes. That's the beauty of having many good friends.

I do think the state shoujld fund public broadcasting. First of all, it's public broadcasting so it should be run by the state. Second of all, if it is helping to keep people informed, I think it is worth the money to keep showing it. 200,000 seems like a huge cut, but I have no idea how much really it costs to air a channel.

Well since it sounds safe enough I think it should be allowed. I do agree however that it is disgusting, and processed food today is really amazing, the different substitues and things we use. I think we are also a far way from banning it from stores. However, if it is banned from schools which seems unlikely its sale could eventually be illegal. As long as it doesn't cause any serious health problems though, I don't really see why they should ban it.

I do agree with the articles viewpoint, we can't just take Limbaugh of the air because people disagree with him. It would be unconstitutional. I don't think that the other side has much of an argument for their cause, there is nothing we can really do about it. Plus if we tried to create a law or something it wouldn't just effect Limbaugh. If we took him off, it would cause other problems.

I think that placing bounties for injuring someone on another team is definitely wrong. However, I also don't think there is much that can e done to stop it besides suspension from the game or something, but even then I can't see what punishment would be suitable for this. Possibly a fine if caught, but if it isn't appropriate fro professional players, it definitely shouldn't be appropriate for high school players.

In the beginning a man is told a story by another man and is stil thinking about the story the next day when he wakes up. The story goes like this. The man who is telling the story is a boy walking down the street and he fines an attractive door in the wall that seems out of place. There are vines and plants creeping out of it. He approaches the door and decides to go in. He walks in an finds that it is a large garden. He finds children and other people that are extremely friendly to him. After a lady pulls him from his 'playmates' and reads him the story of his life. After that experience, he doesn't even remember the wall until he is 17. He is now older and telling his story to a friend.

I do think they should extend the statute of limitations, I can't even see why we have one. What happened doesn't just disappear after six years, it still happened. There would be no harm in extending this period of time, to my knowledge at least. I can also see people taking years before talking about this kind of thing. It is a fact that cases are harder to defend after a while, but if it actually happened theres not much to defend anyway.

In ours school it doesn't seem like bullying is a very big problem here at all. I havent witnessed any myself, and haven't heard of really any bullying going on at all. I think our school districts are doing a good enough job handling bullying and I dont think they should make any changes to rules. Bullying does cause major problems and if it is an issue it should be addressed but I don't think we have that issue here.

"If the number of students applying to attend a certain school exceeds the number of available slots, the school would have to hold a lottery, according to the proposal. Bowen said schools would not be able to cherry-pick the students they want to attend." This Is the proposal i like the least. A lottery is not fair, the school shouldn't have to hold a lottery, they should hand pick the people with the best academical, and publicly involved records. Students who work for it should be allowed in not by chance. A lottery would not be the fairest way to do this.

The author discusses Odysseus' decision making skills, and how impulsive he is. Many people have the same qualities Odysseus did, so in that aspect it is still relevant. It also discusses his dependence on others, his cunning, and his determination to return home. It talks about how important independence is, and not to act on impulse, because this can lead to bad fortune. The Final reason the author gives, arguing that THe Odyssey is still relevant is, human interaction and emotion continues to stay the same, shown by Odysseus' longing to see his wife again.

I think this is halftime for America. Of course it's always good to think optimistically. But I think that the economy can definitely come back. But to make money you have to spend money, so I think that it will get worse for a while, but we bound to make a comeback at some point. We also need to start thinking of some more radical new strategies for recovering. This is not the post game conference, its merely halftime.

In the beginning of the story, we hear of a man scheming to kill another elderly man for the mere fact that on of his eyes is kind of creepy. The main character sneaks into the old mans house at midnight for the whole week before the planned murder. Also, each night he took a lantern with him to check to see if the man's "vulture eye was open". On the eight night he breaks into the old man's house again, except this time he hears him and wakes up. neither of them move, they sit there for an hour, and the main character finally decides to open the lanter just enough for a ray of light to shine of the "vulture eye". The whole time it is so quiet, the main character claims he can hear the old man's heart beating. Finally, he leaps from the doorway and kills the old man, who only manages to get one quick yelp out before he is dead. He then dismembers the body and puts the parts under the floorboards. Then there is a knock on the door and the main character goes to the door. He feels he has nothing to fear, his work is already done. He invites them in and after talking for a while, he hears an ticking noise which seems to be getting louder but only he seems to hear it, the officers are oblivious. He finally cracks, ad tells the officers what he has done, and tells them to tear up the floorboards to find the man still alive. I think he might not have actually been alive ut it was his own conscience that was eating away at him as he and the officers talked.

I think that it has to do somewhat with the tensions in the Algeria area, and I also think that its not JUST soccer fans, its all crazy sports fans. The reason this happened was because soccer is a very popular sport over there, but its not as big in the U.S. People just don't care as much over here. That could happen with football, but with all of the broadcasting, security checks and guards its not likely to happen. It is really the combination two things that caused it. Thats what I think about this riot in Egypt.

A hero is someone admirable. Someone who has done something great that you look up to. Whether s a person is a hero or not changes with a person's perspective. Most people have more than one hero, my biggest heroes are my parents, and successful people. But all for different reasons. My dad is kind of a role model for independence, and my mother for responsibility, but I admire most successful people with good character, because I think that should be everyone's goal.

I think he deserves some money, because that would be wrong to give him non and he would have to work when everyone else is retired. However, I think they should lower his pension because people can survive on less than 63,000 a year. Also, he committed a crime and he needs some sort of punishment. That crime was also no little thing. He stole thousands of dollars, but he's already paid some back so I think it would only be appropriate to lower his pension a little.

1/26 lunch rooms
I think the government should have the option for healthy foods, but pizza and french fries aren't really what are making kids fat. Its all of the sugar in soda, people jut don't realize how bad it really is for you. But having healthier options is always a good thing, I think should shouldn't force students to have the healthy food but allow them to have the choice, and just encourage it. Choosing what other people eat for them, I think is just going too far. Kids should have the right to choose what they eat.

If you jump from one job to another, it looks like you ren't loyal to your company. This would not make someone to hire you because they want someone to work for them for a long time. I do agree wit the article it makes perfect sense. Also, a business owner himself said that he feels more confident hiring someone who stuck with their job for a few years. I think this is good advice to stick with the company once you have a job.

I think it is very important to keep the internet uncensored. If the fact that this bill was even proposed causes problems, we can only imagine what other problems it could cause if it was passed. Even though the bill is aimed at targeting piracy of movies and music and such, apparently it will affect much more. With censorship on the internet the way it was stated by Erik Martin from Reddit, "The definitions and language and provisions are extremely broad and extremely vague". Also restricting money exchange overseas could cause other problems because I think that piracy is probably one of the minorities of trade overseas.

1/18 dark websites
I don't think the bill is a good idea and I am against it. I also do think it would cause to many problems and people would lose jobs and the whole thing could escalate out of control. I think the bill should just be repealed or amended so that it doesn't cause all of the problems that it seems it will. Plus we don't want to end up like china or something where everything's censored.

1/13 Gods
There are many term that we use every day that we may use without even thinking about where they word comes from, for example the atlas. Atlas, he is the titan who holds the Earth on his shoulders. The Atlas, is a book of maps that is named after the god, as he is associated with the Earth. Usually they are called world atlases, but there are also atlases for a specific region. Another reason that would make sense for it to be called an atlas is that The god could see the whole world.

1/11/12 Lamb to the Slaughter
The story starts out in a home, it's clean and there are various drinks and glasses sitting out. A Woman named Mary Maloney is preoccupying herself while waiting for her husband to come home. The man walks in, his wife makes drinks for both of them, and he sits down at the table, and she sits at the other end sewing. After a bit, the man talks to his wife about divorce and she is very surprised. She is in a sort of trance, and she gets a lamb eg to make dinner, when she comes up hes standing there and tells her not to bother making dinner, and she hits him in the back of the head and he hits the floor. The man is dead, and she suddenly comes out of her trance, and thinks of the penalties of murder. After, that, she goes to the store to get the rest of the dinner. she gets peas and potatoes, as well as some cheese cake. Whne she gets home she calls the police. She offers the police dinner and they eat the only evidence against her killing her husband.

1. The Odyssey was written by Homer, basically the sequel to the Iliad
2. Probably written in Ionia around the 5th century bc
3. The story centers around the warrior Odysseus
4. He's coming home after a ten year war against Troy
5. The wife assumes he is dead the war is so long, and tries to marry several different people who compete to be her suitor, but in the end he comes home.

I think that the drug screenings should be done, and that if they are found positive for drugs they should be given rehab sessions or something similar instead of stopping their funding. Stopping their funding would not help the case, it would only save them money, and for the people who aren't positive for drugs hsould get some sort of help finding a job or a better job. I think that would solve welfare problems better than the other solution. My way, you would have less people on welfare, because they would have jobs, and there would be less people doing drugs that are on welfare.

I enjoyed my vacation very much. I spent the first six days of it in New York, but it takes so long to get there and back it was more like four days. My sister and I spent christmas day there and we dorve down christmas eve. We had christmas dinner at my cousin's apartment in Manhattan in the East village, or It think thats what it's called. In my opinion, vacation can never be long enough.
