I do think the state shoujld fund public broadcasting. First of all, it's public broadcasting so it should be run by the state. Second of all, if it is helping to keep people informed, I think it is worth the money to keep showing it. 200,000 seems like a huge cut, but I have no idea how much really it costs to air a channel.
