I do think they should extend the statute of limitations, I can't even see why we have one. What happened doesn't just disappear after six years, it still happened.There would be no harm in extending this period of time, to my knowledge at least. I can also see people taking years before talking about this kind of thing. It is a fact that cases are harder to defend after a while, but if it actually happened theres not much to defend anyway.
