In ours school it doesn't seem like bullying is a very big problem here at all. I havent witnessed any myself, and haven't heard of really any bullying going on at all. I think our school districts are doing a good enough job handling bullying and I dont think they should make any changes to rules. Bullying does cause major problems and if it is an issue it should be addressed but I don't think we have that issue here.
