I agree with Obama's plan, because it would give people jobs and help the economy, plus our country would be nicer, we'd have nicer facilities and things. Passing the bill would also reduce the number of unemployed people receiving funds from the government, they would actually be payed to do something. So overall, I don't see any downsides to passing thins bill.
