this article did not change my view on the subject, because, it was sort term thinking, after a few years the project could pay off. Of course, we have no way of knowing that for sure. However, it did help me realize that it will probably cost more than the first article mentioned because they did not have all the facts yet. But overall, my opinion on wether the bill to renovate the center or not has not changed, I still think that it should be renovated.
