12/9/11 turbines

The deep ocean wind turbines are a good idea I can't see any problems with it, and it provides us with a safe green energy source. It's a win win situation, where it creates jobs and money, and we get electricity. with enough electricity to power up to 37,000 homes, this would substantially reduce our carbon emission, the only problem that could possibly occur, is that the company makes the only profit from this and there is no local income.
